Your order is processed, pulled, and packed as soon as possible - generally
within 24 hours. United States orders may be received from 2 to 8 days,
international orders may be received in 6 to 9 days. Shipping prices are based
on your order's cumulative weight estimate (including package materials).
Back Orders
If your item is temporarily not in stock we will notify you via e-mail
with an estimate for when the item is expected to be available again.
We may also recommend a similar item of equal or greater value to fulfill
your order. We will not ship a substituted ITEM without your
permission, however we may ship substituted colors and/or weights based
on availability.
Returns
All sales include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you need to return
or exchange items from your order, please CONTACT US
immediately for detailed instructions and return destination. Items
must be returned in resellable condition prepared in the original packaging
with the packing slip to be eligible for refund - used items will not
be credited. Return shipping must be pre-paid (we cannot accept COD
deliveries) at buyer's expense.
